CUSTOM ORDERS AND APPROVAL POLICY
Artful Ember offers custom and personalized products including bead bracelets, t-shirts, cups, mugs, tumblers, plates, and other items. This policy explains how custom orders are handled.
HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER
CUSTOM APPROVAL PROCESS
For every customized item, we create a locked approval record before production begins.
The approval record includes all design details: text, font, colors, placement, images, and a design preview when available.
You will be asked to confirm the following statement before production:
"I have reviewed and approved the spelling, wording, font, placement, colors, image, size, and overall design preview for this custom item. I understand this item will be made based on the details I approved, and that custom/personalized items are generally final sale once production begins."
Once you approve, the record is locked and becomes read-only.
CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL
If you request a change after approval, we will create a new version of the approval record. The original version is preserved for reference.
Changes after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
CUSTOM QUOTE PRODUCTS
Some products require a custom quote before purchase. These products cannot be added to cart directly. Please submit a request through our Custom Orders page.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Made-to-order products are created specifically for you after purchase. These items follow standard processing times unless otherwise noted.
CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURNS
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once the customer approves the design and production begins. Please review the Returns and Refunds Policy for details.
