RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Artful Ember, we want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all parts included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale after customer approval and production begins.
Customer-approved mistakes in spelling, wording, font, colors, placement, or design are not considered seller errors.
If a custom item is not received back by Artful Ember, no refund or store credit will be issued.
If a returned custom item is used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in acceptable condition, no refund or store credit will be issued.
If Artful Ember approves an exception and receives the custom item back in acceptable condition, we may offer up to a 50% refund or store credit at our discretion.
SELLER ERROR AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Seller-error and damaged-item cases are handled separately and may qualify for replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or store credit after review.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a seller error or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Artful Ember is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
