HANDMADE VARIATION POLICY


Every item at Artful Ember is handmade with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are normal and expected.


WHAT TO EXPECT


Handmade products may have slight differences from photos or from other items in the same design. Variations may include:


  • Minor differences in bead color, pattern, or texture
  • Slight variations in sizing (within reasonable tolerance)
  • Small differences in fabric pattern placement
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Natural variations in stone and wood materials

    • THESE VARIATIONS ARE NOT DEFECTS


    These variations are part of what makes each handmade item unique. They are not grounds for a return or refund.


    SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES


    If you believe your item is significantly different from what was described or shown, please contact us with photos and we will review your concern.


    COLOR ACCURACY


    We do our best to photograph products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different on different screens and devices. If color accuracy is important for your purchase, please contact us before ordering.


    CUSTOM PRODUCTS


    Custom products are made to match the approved design as closely as possible. Minor handmade variations still apply.
