DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS POLICY


We take great care in packaging every item, but occasionally things can go wrong during shipping. Here is what to do if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.


DAMAGED ITEMS


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].


Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A description of the damage

  • We will review your case and may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


    INCORRECT ITEMS


    If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.


    We will arrange for the correct item to be sent. You may be asked to return the incorrect item at our expense.


    MISSING ITEMS


    If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.


    We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


    SELLER ERROR


    If the issue is determined to be a seller error (wrong item, incorrect customization that differs from what was approved, manufacturing defect), Artful Ember will cover the resolution at no cost to you.


    NON-SELLER ERROR


    If the issue is not a seller error (customer-approved design mistake, shipping damage not caused by packaging), we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
