SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for shopping with Artful Ember! We take care in packaging every handmade item to ensure it arrives safely to you.


PROCESSING TIME


Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.


Custom and made-to-order items may take 5-10 business days depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified if additional time is needed.


During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays promptly.


SHIPPING RATES


  • Orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Orders under $40 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99.
  • The shipping threshold and flat-rate fee may be adjusted. Current rates are always displayed at checkout.

    • SHIPPING CARRIERS


    We primarily ship via USPS. Other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL may be used for certain orders.


    Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. You can check your order status using the order lookup feature on our website.


    SHIPPING DESTINATION


    We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


    LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES


    If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.


    Artful Ember is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
